About us
We established Laboratory of Applied Optical Metorology in Faculty of Engineering, Tokai University at April 2015. We intend to make alot of contributions toward developments of science and industrial technology through, especially, physical experimental researches.
For any subjects, we maximize our outputs with the ability of insight into the core of the subject and the aid of analysis-leading development technique.
